My husband snores very loudly and always falls asleep before me. I need something for him so I can fall asleep at night.

It depends on the cause of the snoring. It can be a malformed nasal passage or adenoids or inflamed sinus or a simple relaxation of the throat. These are not alll the possibilities. It is best to go to an eyes, ears, and throat doctor for a recommendation.

The way most anti-snoring sprays work is to reduce inflammation in the sinus or the throat. So as you can see, it depends on the exact cause of the snoring whether or not it will work.

It really depends on so many factors that you have to try them for yourself to see. Snoring can be caused by several different things, some of which are not really easily treatable. You also have to figure that everyone’s body chemistry is different and what might work for someone might not work for someone else. It might be a good idea to check with your doctor to see if the products you’re considering will interact badly with any medications you may be on or any allergies you might have. Whatever you try, good luck! I’ve known a few people who have achieved much relief with these products.
