or any other way? If so plz tell.

no exercises will not work.
Treatment include
CPAP
weight loss if that is the problem
dental device
surgery to correct the obstruction
tennis balls sewn to PJ if it is only in supine
tracheotomy
What does not work to treat the underlying causes
nasal strips, sprays

I’ve had snoring problems all my life, and I totally hate waking people up in their sleep too !
