It depends on the cause of the snoring. It can be a malformed nasal passage or adenoids or inflamed sinus or a simple relaxation of the throat. These are not alll the possibilities. It is best to go to an eyes, ears, and throat doctor for a recommendation.
The way most anti-snoring sprays work is to reduce inflammation in the sinus or the throat. So as you can see, it depends on the exact cause of the snoring whether or not it will work.

I used to snore terribly and sometimes the spray helped as it numbs your throat so that your palate doesn’t rattle which in older people is a common cause of snoring, but sleep apnea can be another. allergies and stuffy nose can cause it too. I had a chronic sinus infection and had to have sugery to clean all my sinuses out and I seldom snore now. Also those breathe right strips help too, just don’t get the ones that are colored like a bandaid as they do not stick well. What they do is stick to the lower part of your nose and edge of cheek and hold your nostrals open more which makes breathing simpler . Excellent luck. I drove my husband crazy for years until the surgery and prior to reaching my 50′s, I by no means snored nor had allergies.
