How can I help my boyfriend to stop snoring?
Question by chelsclaire: How can I help my boyfriend to stop snoring?
My 31 year old boyfriend snores like a pig and it is not doing our relationship any favours!
He had his nose broken a few years back which may not help but his snoring is getting louder and louder. Does anyone have any ideas on what kind of treatments we can get from a chemist or any advice on how to quieten him down?!
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
He starts sleeping on his side and sometimes rolls onto his back. I roll him over but, generally, he will snore regardless of the position he sleeps in!

does he sleep straight, facing the ceiling? its one of the causes of snoring. And his mouth must be open during sleep, right? Ask him to sleep turning on right or left side. Left is actually ideal, but he can choose.

You can get a product called slumber Guard that addresses the problem at the source.
Most snoring comes from the throat and not from the nasal passages.
Slumber Guard holds the throat airways open and stops snoring.

Snoring is generally occurred due to the disturbance of air flow in different ways. There are some simple ways to get rid of it. In your boy friend’s case it seems he has a physical problem as you have said that he had broken his nose sometimes back. In that case it is better to take medical help. However, he may try the simple methods first, and see whether it is improved or not. Then take the medical help.
For a fairly detail information, please read the review given below, which I think can help in this regard.

Hi
I used to snore and it was a real problem for 10 years.
Snoring is always caused by some kind of block in the breathing passages… And that any cure is aimed to remove that block.
You don’t need any type of surgery or buy any extra pills, creams or sprays to make this work. Just simple exercises can solve the problem.
The resource has included an introduction that quickly let’s you diagnose your airway blocks in just 3 minutes. After that, you can choose from 7 different programs based on how much time you have each day to exercise… even if you have just 3 minutes a day.
I found the below mentioned resource to be the best Stop Snoring Exercise Program. It has successfully worked for me.
