How can I help my husband stop snoring?
Question by Honora Austyn: How can I help my husband stop snoring?
I am so tired of being woken up every hour or so to my husband snoring in my ear or my face. He says it’s because he has a cold, but he snores much more often than he doesn’t. He snores regardless of what position he lies in (on his side, back, stomach).
He’s 24, a small overweight but not obese, and doesn’t taste or take any medications.
Any suggestions?

Mouth guard is also called mandibular sleeping device. These mouth guards are made by dentists to suit the person’s jaws and mouth. These guards are en suite to the person and can not be got in a nearby pharmacy or medical store.

He should visit a sleep clinic. He may have sleep apnea, which has a load of long term side effects. A CPAP (Constant Positive Airway Pressure) machine will cure his snoring.
My use of one has made my wife’s sleeping much more restful! And mine, too.
