How do I reduce snoring temporarily?
Question by tom_a_hawk12: How do I reduce snoring temporarily?
I’m going away for a week with my girlfriend and her family. I know I snore, and I’m looking for a way to reduce it for the week I’m away. It’s embarassing and I don’t want them to think I’m annoying because I’ll be sleeping in the same room as them. Any suggestions?
If you have any tips or products that help reduce snoring, that would be great. Have you or someone you know tried anything that worked?

You could try sleeping with a foam wedge, so your head and shoulders are slightly elevated. It really helps my husband’s snoring. You can get these wedges at a medical supply store. They are probably also available elsewhere, it’s just that’s where we got ours.

Nasal surgery – get the Specialist to operate for long term. Short term you sleep on your side
