I am looking for a stop snoring solution. Over the counter pharmacy gadgets did not work.?

   If you have sleep apnea, you may need a CPAP machine. But it is cumbersome to put the mask on your nose and sleep at the same time.

   Now Osim is selling the anti-snore pillow. Maybe U can try them.

   I do snore sometimes when im too tired however it is lesser now since I been practicing breathing with my nose. Unconciously, I realised that I been breathing through my mouth. That might be of help to U too!

   My wife snored si badly that i had to get up and turn the TV up and doze in a chair. Now afer drinking GOJI100 from genesistoday, she barely snores. I can sleep all night again. check it out http://genesistodayproducts.net
