Sorry can not recall the actual name. Go to your ENT, he can stop the snoring or at least make it bearable. Oh and the plus………..he can do it right in his office. Question about the supports for the roof of the mouth, he will know what you are talking about,

My husband just got a device made by our dentist called Silent Nite. This link will allow you to read up on it if you should choose to try one http://www.glidewell-lab.com. It cost about $500.00 and has cut down on his EXCESSIVE snoring by as much as 98%. We were having to sleep in separate rooms every night prior to getting this made and even in separate rooms with doors closed between us, his snoring was outrageous. As a wife of a snorer, I highly recommend this one and we have tried several!

I bought the pillow to prevent snoring from the “Brookstone” store in our local mall. It’s a small expensive for a pillow, but it does work. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and my family has stopped complaining.

You might have sleep apnea and that can be cured with an evaluation and the right machine. You will need a sleep study to establish this and there are many ways to help snoring besides the machines….your sleep study will establish just what is causing your snoring…
