and used it to insert a very small and thin piece of steel or metal (about an inch long maybe, sort of like a needle) into the soft palate of the mouth. It stabilizes the soft palate or stiffens it just a bit to eliminate the vibration that causes snoring.
Can’t remember the name of the procedure. Anyone know what I’m talking about? I want to look into it more but don’t know how to find the info again.

in my opinion you shouldn’t only consider this tip only you don’t know if its going to work for you
you should better find out why you actually snore and start curing it with the right exercises and products if necessary, probably snoring is a common thing between people because of :
1- getting older.
2- alcohol drinking, smoking, taking medications before sleeping.
3- eating diary products before sleeping.
4- not following a healthy sleeping routine.
5- being out of shape and having a big stomach.
6- eating rich meals such as cookies.
7- sleeping on you back.
take look at your activities every day and consider which one exactly you should fix you’ll find it too easy to cure and you’ll get some extra results a bonus of eating healthy food for example and sleeping well every day
