Is he overweight? That is often a cause of snoring. Ask him to lose weight!

Kick him out from the room.

If he is young it is probably enlarged tonsils, get an ENT consult to get them out, if he is older, it may be that he is overweight!
If not an ENT consult will help, could be nasal obstruction or palatoglossal

your real nice.. if he’s snoring he might have sleep apnea, which means he could die if untreated. He can also sleep on his side which helps or use the Breath Right strips on his nose..

He might actually need to see a doctor there could be something wrong with his nasle flow… he should maybe put vix on his chest or under his nose that may work… you might just want to wear ear plugs until he finds out whast wrong with him

if u can get him to sleep with some pillws under his back and head so he is half sitting up plus have a fan blowing into his face it will help. Don’t blow him away with the fan, just a little breeze.
doctor told me to do this and now my husband can sleep just fine. i don’t keep him up anymore. LOL

THEY HAVE THESE THINGS THAT YOU PUT ACROSS YOUR NOSE. BUY HIM SOME THEN HE WILL STOP SNORING I FORGOT THE NAME OF THEM (SORRY) YOU CAN ASK SOMEONE IN THE PHARMACY.

he needs to checked. he may have a sleeping disease that is called sleep apnea. He should go to his doctor and tell that he snores. If he does not check with his doctor than he could die.

people often snore when they’re cold. try covering him up with another blanket on top of what he’s using and see if that helps.

he may have something clogged in the nose that causes it. some people say snoring is a sign of relief in stress but that’s false for snoring is caused by the nostrils

Did you try punching him repeatedly? Just one won’t do it. You have to keep popping him over and over and over. You don’t snore when you’re unconscious.
Just kidding. Breathe Right Strips. Opens the nasal passages.

1]] Try rolling him into a different possition.
2]] I read in an article that tonsils may play a part in this. If his tonsils are a little larger than the average persons then this may cause snoring.
3]] Drop him a hint and get him some Anti Snoring thingies to sleep with on.
4]]invest in ear plugs.

I agree sleep apea. There are machines that can be used after a thorough sleep study at a sleep lab. They are called CPAP machines. Those nostril things are overated!

He should sleep on his side which will help some. Tell your parents that he may have sleep apnea and that it could affect his health.

When he is snoring dip his hand into a bowl of luke warm water. Obviously you want to be careful not to wake him. Keep his hand in the water until an unexpected surprise occurs.

snoring respirations are caused from a compromised airway. If it is not sleep apnea, try the cpr move, head tilt-chin lift. it will open the airway, I use it on my husband.
