Trying to stop snoring and can’t find over the counter snoring devices. Don’t know where to look. Appreciate your help.

OTC do not work. Need to see a doc. Chronic snoring is often a symptome of sleep apnea. Should have a sleep study. Sleep apnea is a serious medical condition that leads to high blood pressure, heart disease, traffic accidents, headaches, strokes and much more.
