Question by Ann Katherine: How do you sleep through a snoring husband?
I have been sleeping alone for nearly 6 years now because of DH’s snoring. It is so loud I can here it even if a shut door with a colorless noise machine on. Is there a way to drown out his chainsaw snoring? I would like us to share a bed again.
Yes, we have been through 2 sleep studies, I breastfeed and don’t want a sleeping pill habit and earplugs are useless. We have tried breathing strips as well. No success.

You could permanently place in earplugs and just tell him it’s a new home remedy to clean the ears of disrupting materials! Or tell him coolly and sincerely that he should try and dodge being worrying at work as this can lead to snoring.
