Question by Daniela: How do you manage your partner / spouse who has a habit of snoring making loud noise?
Have you found any effective solution ? What do you think is a reason for his/her snoring ? Physical , psychological or both ? or something else ? Are you able to sleep well on background of such snoring ?

Often snoring can be alleviated by losing weight, exercising more, quitting smoking or cutting back on drinking. My boyfriend has sleep apnea and, despite my requests, has refused to do anything about it (long term snoring and sleep apnea have been linked to heart attack and stroke). It’s gotten to the point where I find it more difficult to sleep without him snoring next to me (we’ve been living together for 2 years), although I have found when it’s really bad that if I put pressure on one spot just next to his sternum about 2/3 down his ribcage, he’ll stop for a few minutes and be quieter when it starts up again, but that may just be an anomaly.

Question by FrankCastle617: Is the birth control pills making my girl act moody?
My girl’s been talking birth control pills for the last 2 months. I’ve noticed a change in her attitude during the first 2 weeks of taking them. Like at first she’ll be all anti-social, moody and smart mouthed. She’ll talk about my snoring stops her from wanting to spend the night, how I chew my food, bring up stuff that happened months ago, etc. But in the last 2 weeks of taking the pills, she’s always wanting to be around me and saying lovey dovey things. I don’t think she wants to break up or anything like that but I kinda getting the hint that she wants her space. When I try to give it to her, she gets upset. I’m thinking the birth control pills are messing with her hormones. I don’t want this to mess up our relationship so I told her to stop taking them. She says she’s deeply in love with me and I mean the world to her. I’ll just give her space and make her miss my company I guess…lol.
I meant are the birth control pills.
She acts better when she’s PMSing than on the pills but she said she never acted like this before.
Ha! Kipper she has diabetes too and when her blood sugar is low, man she gets cranky.

Yes they are. I have them…. but… I don’t take them for that reason.
