My husband snores very loudly and permanently falls asleep before me. I need something for him so I can fall asleep at night.

It depends on the cause of the snoring. It can be a malformed nasal passage or adenoids or inflamed sinus or a simple relaxation of the throat. These are not alll the possibilities. It is best to go to an eyes, ears, and throat doctor for a recommendation.
The way most anti-snoring sprays work is to reduce inflammation in the sinus or the throat. So as you can see, it depends on the exact cause of the snoring whether or not it will work.

My husband has tried two different pillows said to be for that purpose, one of them cost us and it didn’t work any better than the pillow he tried first. He has also tried the nose strips, they seemed to help some, but not really. We are still looking for solutions.
