According to research, it was discovered that sleeping on your back increases your snoring. A snoring pillow forces you to sleep on your side. Some people will opt for weights, tennis balls and other instruments to prevent them from sleeping on their backs at night. Though it doesn’t always prevent snoring it has greatly helped.
