Do any of the anti snoring nasal sprays ( or tablets ) that I see offered on the internet really work ?

It really depends on so many factors that you have to try them for yourself to see. Snoring can be caused by several different things, some of which are not really easily treatable. You also have to figure that everyone’s body chemistry is different and what might work for someone might not work for someone else. It might be a good idea to check with your doctor to see if the products you’re considering will interact badly with any medications you may be on or any allergies you might have. Whatever you try, good luck! I’ve known a few people who have achieved much relief with these products.

brauer do an anti snoring spray that aboout , any chemist should have them.
Anti cellulite tablets are available, dr leeuwins, I think but are very expensive, and probably don’t work. Try a big chemist with a large beauty /natural health selection

Snoring is a serious symptom. Frequently people who snore have sleep apnea. The OTC treatments only mask the real problem.
