Question by cory m: Have you used a “Stop Snoring Wristband”? Does it work?
I am doing research on those “stop snoring” wristbands that has a microphone and sends an electric pulse to make you shift in your sleep and (hopefully) stops snoring
Before I shell out the 50 bucks for it, I wanted to know: Has anyone used one of these? Does it work for you?
Thanks!

I have by no means heard of them.
But I do use a CPAP machine which did stop my snoring. Have a sleep study done. the machine is not simple to get used to but once you do you feel fantastic because you are get excellent rest!!

That does not sound right somehow. That sounds like it could be perilous in fact. What if the nose was blocked?!!! No I don’t reckon it is worth investing in as I reckon it sounds perilous potentially.
Try a pillow behind the back to stop you rolling onto your back in sleep. Most snoring occurs when you are on your back. Try two pillows instead of one to keep the head raised. Try Olbas oil on the edge of the pillows to keep airways open. Lose weight if overweight by taking up more exercise and restricting fatty/sugary snacks and stop smoking if you smoke. Being overweight and smoking are linked to snoring.
As a last resort see a dentist about a mouth/snore guard as that is better to invest in as it is supposed to work.
Best wishes.
