I’ve been snoring for about 2 weeks and I’m so frustrated. However, I have no idea what is the best cure for Snoring. Is there any one here can suggest a good Snoring Solutions that Work?

Question by Geah: does that stop snoring gadget really work?
You know the little gadget that you strap on to your wrist and it gives little electronics pulses that doesn’t disturb your sleep but keeps you from snoring. Has anyone tried it? Does it work?

I don’t know. I stayed awake all night just to see if I snored.
and I didn’t snore once. Wow, how is that. <}:-})

Question by cory m: Have you used a “Stop Snoring Wristband”? Does it work?
I am doing research on those “stop snoring” wristbands that has a microphone and sends an electric pulse to make you shift in your sleep and (hopefully) stops snoring

Before I shell out the 50 bucks for it, I wanted to know: Has anyone used one of these? Does it work for you?

I have never heard of them.

But I do use a CPAP machine which did stop my snoring. Have a sleep study done. the machine is not easy to get used to but once you do you feel great because you are get good rest!!
